RO Cognac marinated salmon is produced according to an old method that was developed in Reykofninn. The salmon is marinated in cognac and spices for a certain time and then covered in thin spread of cheese. To serve, we recommend using a thick knive and cut straight onto the fish. That will ensure that each slice will have the correct amount of cheese.

Storage instructions:
Store below 4°C
Shelf life 28 days if kept at 0-4°C
Once opened keep cold, airtight and consume within 72 hrs
Product in unopened vacuum bag is suitable for home freezing.
