The Viking Smoked RO Salmon is produced by traditional Viking method, where salt and "thick smoke" play the most important role in addition to hand picked high quality raw material. The process takes 6 days to complete. The taste of smoke and salt is quite strong in this product, and not appreciated by all. But those who do appreciate it, usually don't want anything else !
