RO Pastrami Smoked Salmon is first marinated in specially selected spices which give really good and unique taste, that is quite different from the taste of a traditional smoked salmon. The spices used are fat soluble and therefore specially good for spicing fatty fish, like the salmon.
Storage instructions: Store below 4°C Shelf life 28 days if kept at 0-4°C Once opened keep cold, airtight and consume within 72 hrs Product in unopened vacuum bag is suitable for home freezing.
