The regular smoked RO salmon is hand crafted, dry salted and smoked according to over 45 year old recipe. This product has been praised by chefs for years. The whole process takes 6 days and care is taken in every step to make sure to reach the desired quality. The texture is firm and the taste is mild taste of the smoke mixed with natural taste of the salmon with a touch of salt.
This product is sold as whole fillets (big, medium, small) or as fillet cut into 3 pieces (300-350g each piece).
