Shipping and refund policy

After we receive your order, we will do anything in our power to get the product to you as soon as possible.
Normally we ship early in the week (mon, tue, wed) as we do not want to risk it that the product will be put on hold somewhere over weekend.  Within Iceland we use Posturinn and the product should be at your home within 1-2 days. 

To Europe we ship via DHL - it usually takes 1-4 days to deliver to Europe although rural places can take 1-2 longer to ship. We prefer to ship early in the week (from Iceland on Mon, Tue or Wed) to ensure shortest shipping time. You MUST provide us with a valid telephone number & postcode/zip code for the delivery address. Failure to do so may result in your order not being delivered on time. Shipments may be subject to local custom inspection which may incur charges and delay that are outside of our control. Local taxes and duties must be paid by the recipient. In case of local holidays at destination, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the scheduled delivery date does not fall on a holiday and that the delivery is not delayed by a holiday during the delivery period. During Christmas period, standard delivery times may be affected due to the large volume increase of shipments and we can not guarantee delivery on the exact date requested.

Product in unopened packaging can be returned for a full refund as long as it reach our facility within one week from the day it was delivered to you.  The refund will be paid to the same form of payment used and will not include the return shipping cost.  For more information to arrange return/refund please email to info@reykofninn.com
